Contest Participation Terms

  • By participating in the contest, you agree to receive the Aurora Gravel Rally Series newsletter
  • Participation is open to any adult
  • The prize is a race number for the Aurora Gravel Rally Series in Cyprus 2026
  • The winner will be selected at random
  • The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item
  • The contest is open from August 15th to August 28th, 2025. The draw will take place on August 29th, 2025
  • Participation in the contest is free and without any obligation to purchase
  • The name of the winners will be announced publicly, including on Facebook, Instagram, and in our newsletter
  • Race entry winners must provide us a photo of themselves riding their gravel bike along with a brief description of their cycling experience and their country of residence for publication on social media
  • Participants must provide a valid and fully functional email address. If we are unable to contact the winner by email, or if the winner does not respond within 10 days after being contacted, the prize will be put back into play and a new draw will take place
  • If the selected winner does not comply with these terms and conditions, the prize will be put back into play and a new draw will take place
  • Any attempt to cheat (e.g., multiple entries, etc.) will result in complete disqualification from the draw
